Agile Tech Solutions LLC accords you 30 days refund policy when you buy our services. If you are, for any reason, not satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund policy for you. That is why we can afford to back our services with this special guarantee. To request a refund, you need to contact us with your complete purchase details within thirty days of your purchase.We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and issue was not resolved till the time account was active.
• The issue is out of scope for the particular plan
• 15 days have not passed after the issue was last worked upon by an Agile Tech Solutions LLC technician
• Within 24 hours full refund if issue not resolved except data recovery/Password removal/Data Loss etc.
• Annual Assistance subscription is 12 months commitment.
• If customer would like to cancel services before 12 months then refund would be on pro-rata basis.
You understand that certain plans may have fee including, but not limited to “Service Fee” and/or “Activation Fee and/or Agile Tech Solutions LLC License Fee” payable either on an annual basis (“Annual Payment Plan”) or on a monthly basis (“Recurring Payment Plan”). Subject to the applicable Term Plan, all payments under the Annual Plan shall be made upfront at time of commencement of the subscription cycle. For payments under the Recurring Payment Plan, all payments fees shall be made in advance apart from the monthly instalments of the Service Fee, payable over a one (1) year payment term, You shall be charged an additional non-refundable Activation Fee at the time of registration, as specified in the Plan Order. The fee (including Activation Fee/Agile Tech Solutions LLC License Fee) can be refunded as per the provisions of Refund specified herein. All fee under this clause or a relevant Plan Order, is payable at the time of commencement of the Plan.
You are given an opportunity of 30 days return policy from the initial date of purchase. There are certain conditions to this return as detailed below:
- Ensure that the software is returned in the same condition as it was when you purchased it.
- Any damage or opened software will not be accepted back.
- Furthermore, you should ensure that the software has not been installed and used. However, if the software has been installed on the system then a proper authentic proof has to be provided of complete un-installation of the same.
The return of the software will not be accepted just because a refund has been initiated unless the software is uninstalled and undamaged.
Purchased products and software have specific days allotted for the return policy which vary from one product to another. Generally the common policy is of 30 days but your purchased product might be tagged with different number of days, thus it is better to check at the time of buying. Once the period of return is crossed, the return of the same will not be entertained. This makes it imperative for you to request for the return of the product within the specified period of days only. One more point to keep in mind is that the period set for refund and return starts from the very first day of the purchase.
Also remember that the returned product should consist of the packed material along with proof of being unused. Any sort of damage that cannot be proved variably will result in revoking of the return and refund.
Any damage made to the bought software or product will be borne by us and the responsibility of initiating a new product / software or refunding the paid amount will be made by our Assistance team. However, any damage made by you is not responsible by us and will result in nullifying the policy of return and refund.
